Good people! Honest and straightforward!

Horrible experience. Do not work with these guys. I called early in the morning due to a break-in at my business.Dispatcher said they’d have someone here in around an hour or so. No one shows up for an hour, I give them a call and they say they’re stuck at the previous job. I assure them that it’s okay and they said they’d be here within another hour.Another hour passes and no one shows up. I give up on waiting and contacted another company and left my business. My employee calls me another hour later saying they’ve arrived.I needed a glass door replaced, so I asked them to give me a quote. They wanted to charge me $350 to board up the door with plywood and another $800 to replace the glass door.The other company I contacted simply had me send pictures and gave me a quote within 10 minutes instead of wasting 3 hours of my time. The other company ended up charging me $750 total to board it up AND replace the glass door.Horrible punctuality, horrible communication, horrible pricing.

The guys were able to pop the trim back in very quickly (with-in 10 minutes) but be aware their minimum fee is $300 for any call out so you certainly won't be paying for their time but their knowledge.
